RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to keep only the pieces you love.

THE ESSENTIALS
— You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
— Pieces must be unworn, in their original MAGNAURA box, with the hygiene seal intact.
— For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned while the seal on their packaging remains unbroken. Once the seal is opened, earrings cannot be returned. This protects every client who wears MAGNAURA.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Email vincentdeng@maisonmagnaura.com with your order number.
2. We confirm your return authorization and address within 2 business days. (Please do not send returns without authorization — they cannot be processed.)
3. Once your piece arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the client, except where an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right — a replacement or a full refund, shipping on us.

EXCHANGES
Prefer a different piece? We are happy to issue store credit once your return is accepted.
