ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

We expect to dispatch your order 10–14 business days after you place it. This is the estimated time until we hand your parcel to the carrier, not the time until it arrives at your address. Transit time is additional.

DUTIES & TAXES — ON US
We are pleased to cover all import taxes and duties on orders to the United States. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at your door.

DELIVERY
United States: complimentary tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery to the United States is 8–10 business days after dispatch. This is in addition to our 10–14 business day order processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; delays may occur. If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before placing it.

Every order travels fully tracked. You will receive your tracking number by email the moment your piece is on its way.
